Eligibility & Condition

To keep things fresh for everyone, returned socks must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging (bands/bags)

  • Free of odors, pet hair, or visible wear

Final-sale items, opened mystery packs, and clearance styles may be ineligible.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@sockshuttle.com with your order number and the item(s).

  2. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address.

  3. Ship your return within 30 days of approval and keep your tracking receipt.

Received a defective or incorrect item? Include photos—we’ll make it right.

Exchanges (Fastest Method)

  • Place a new order for the item you want (so it doesn’t sell out).

  • Return your original pair(s) using the steps above.

  • We’ll refund the returned item(s) after inspection.

Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method once your return is delivered and inspected.

  • Banks typically post credits within 3–5 business days.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

Gifts

  • Received SockShuttle as a gift? We can issue store credit or help with an exchange.

  • Include the order number or purchaser’s name/email so we can locate the order.

What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed socks in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping for fit/style changes. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping or provide a replacement.
