Shipping Policy

Fast shipping, easy tracking

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. U.S. customers get free shipping on $50+—details on carriers, delivery windows, tracking, and order-combining are below.

Processing Times

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders with pre-order/back-order items ship when all items are in stock. Prefer a split shipment? Contact us—additional postage may apply.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax).

  • Orders under $50: $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping.

  • Carriers: USPS

Estimated Delivery Windows (U.S.)

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 4-6 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Estimates begin after processing. Weather/holidays/carrier delays may extend timelines.

Order Combining (Placed Separately)

  • Placed multiple orders to the same name/address within a short window? We’ll try to combine them.

  • Email us ASAP with both order numbers. If we combine before labels print, we’ll refund extra shipping (minus any difference needed for the final label).

  • Not guaranteed if one order already shipped, uses a different address, or includes pre-orders/special handling.

Tracking & Updates

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Need to change the address? Email us immediately with your order number—once in transit, we can’t reroute.

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. If you can’t locate the package, check with household members/neighbors and your local post office; then contact us to help start a carrier inquiry.
