We ship orders directly from our Florida location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Pre-orders / backorders (if offered): If an item is marked as pre-order/backorder on the product page, the order ships once all items are in stock.

Delivery estimates begin after processing (after your order ships). Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Combining (Multiple Orders)
If you placed multiple orders to the same name and address within a short time window, we may be able to combine them into one shipment.

Email us as soon as possible with both order numbers.

If we combine your orders before labels are printed, we will refund any extra shipping paid minus any difference required for the final shipping label.
Please note: Combining orders isn’t guaranteed if one order has already shipped, the addresses differ, or an order contains a pre-order/backorder item.
Tracking & Shipping Updates

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Address changes: If you need to update your shipping address, email us immediately with your order number. Once a package is in transit, we may not be able to reroute it.
Marked “Delivered”: If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

check with household members/neighbors, and around your delivery area;

contact your local post office; then

email us so we can help start a carrier inquiry if needed.

Yes. PO Boxes ship via USPS. Most APO/FPO addresses are supported.
Do you offer international shipping?
